Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Small Wonderz by Liza purchase. Because each piece is handmade in small batches, we accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, please email smallwonderzbyliza@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first, as we cannot accept unauthorized returns.

Once we approve your return, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every piece before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at smallwonderzbyliza@gmail.com as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right. If the issue is our error, we will cover return shipping costs if a return is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, you can't return or exchange worn or used earrings.

We also cannot accept returns on:

Custom or personalized pieces
Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please request a return for the eligible item and place a new order for the piece you would like.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether we've approved your refund.

We will issue approved refunds to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear after processing. Processing times may vary by bank or credit card company.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
