Welcome to Small Wonderz by Liza. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Small Wonderz by Liza.

Small Wonderz by Liza operates this website and online store, including the information, content, features, products, and services made available through it (collectively, the “Services”). Shopify powers our online store.

By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

Small Wonderz by Liza specializes in handmade jewelry and accessories. Because many of our pieces are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, pattern, size, placement, or other details may occur from piece to piece. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and do not necessarily constitute defects.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and photographs accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device, lighting, and display settings.

We may change product descriptions, prices, designs, and availability at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available for purchase.

3. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or other legitimate business reasons.

If we cancel an order after processing payment, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order enters processing or production, we may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellation requests.

Custom and personalized orders may be subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

4. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.

Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, and other charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout when required.

You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Promotional codes, discounts, and special offers may be subject to additional terms and expiration dates and generally cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the timeframe stated on our website or during checkout.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect delivery information, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

If we learn that we cannot ship your order within the timeframe we represented, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.

If your package is lost, damaged, or otherwise experiences a delivery problem, please contact us at smallwonderzbyliza@gmail.com so we can review the situation and assist you as appropriate.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our separate Returns & Refunds Policy governs returns and refunds and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Please review that policy before making a purchase.

Because earrings are personal-wear items, worn or used earrings are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene and safety reasons, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Custom or personalized products, final-sale items, clearance items, and gift cards may also be ineligible for return as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy and subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Refunds Policy is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

7. Handmade Product Care

Handle polymer clay and other handmade jewelry components with reasonable care.

Avoid excessive bending, pulling, impact, prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, chemicals, or extreme temperatures where appropriate for the materials used.

Normal wear and tear, improper storage, accidental damage, or damage resulting from misuse are not considered manufacturing defects.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Small Wonderz by Liza name, branding, logos, original jewelry designs, product photography, graphics, website copy, videos, and other original content associated with our business are owned by or licensed to Small Wonderz by Liza and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from our protected content without our prior written permission, except as otherwise permitted by law.

9. Reviews, Photos, and Customer Content

If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, testimonial, comment, or other content to us or publicly tag Small Wonderz by Liza in content, you remain responsible for that content.

We will not claim ownership of your original content merely because you submit or tag us.

If we would like to use customer-created photographs, videos, or other content for advertising or promotional purposes beyond functionality provided by the platform on which it was posted, we may request permission where appropriate.

Purchases made through our store are transactions between you and Small Wonderz by Liza. Shopify provides technology and services that enable us to operate the online store but is not the seller of Small Wonderz by Liza products.
